YEATS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YEATS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,326 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN7, ICE1, and KIF27. Each is linked with YEATS2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS2-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YEATS2 versus UBXN7 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YEATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YEATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
