YEATS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YEATS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, MRPL50, and KNL1. Each is linked with YEATS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS2-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELLS grouped by YEATS2-low versus YEATS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YEATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YEATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
