Across TCGA cell cohorts, YEATS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,741 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with YEATS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS2-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS2 results are reported.
