Across TCGA cell cohorts, YEATS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBP3, TOX2, and CCR8. Each is linked with YEATS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS2-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS2 results are reported.
