The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher YDJC Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YDJC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and UCEC are the cancer types where YDJC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
