Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and FoxM1. Each is linked with YBX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX3-to-partner and partner-to-YBX3 results are reported.
