Across TCGA cell cohorts, YBX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YBX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-dependent activation of synaptic vesicle fusion, Formate biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of synaptic vesicle membrane organization. Each is linked with YBX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX3-to-partner and partner-to-YBX3 results are reported.
