YBX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,179 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP155, NUP93, and GTF3C2. Each is linked with YBX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX2-to-partner and partner-to-YBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBX2 versus NUP155 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
