YBX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, POLE2, and GINS1. Each is linked with YBX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX2-to-partner and partner-to-YBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBX2 versus MCM4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
