The most reproducible YBX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with YBX2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX2-to-partner and partner-to-YBX2 results are reported.
