Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, YBX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, OR52K2, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with YBX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX2-to-partner and partner-to-YBX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by YBX2-low versus YBX2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
