YBX1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,324 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGGBP1, LMNB2, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with YBX1P3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX1P3-to-partner and partner-to-YBX1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBX1P3 versus CGGBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
