YBX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,723 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB16, CENPA, and MRPL37. Each is linked with YBX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX1-to-partner and partner-to-YBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBX1 versus ZBTB16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
