YBEY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBEY RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,375 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBEY-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PO, NDUFV3, and FAM207A. Each is linked with YBEY in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBEY-to-partner and partner-to-YBEY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBEY versus ATP5PO in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBEY→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBEY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
