Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBEY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBEY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GART, SCAF4, and LSS. Each is linked with YBEY in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBEY-to-partner and partner-to-YBEY results are reported.
