Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBEY mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YBEY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEP, lymphatic Endothelial cells, and Megakaryocytes. Each is linked with YBEY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBEY-to-partner and partner-to-YBEY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEP grouped by YBEY-low versus YBEY-high in UCEC.
