YARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with YARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS2-to-partner and partner-to-YARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by YARS2-low versus YARS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
