Across TCGA cell cohorts, YARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amino acid activation, tRNA aminoacylation, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with YARS2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS2-to-partner and partner-to-YARS2 results are reported.
