YARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,272 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, NCAPD2, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with YARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS1-to-partner and partner-to-YARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YARS1 versus MRTO4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
