YARS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,286 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOB, PSAT1, and RBMS3. Each is linked with YARS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS1-to-partner and partner-to-YARS1 results are reported.
