YARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-741P, NPM1P38, and SRD5A1P1. Each is linked with YARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS1-to-partner and partner-to-YARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-741P grouped by YARS1-low versus YARS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
