YAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,498 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYBRD1, PDGFC, and TMEM47. Each is linked with YAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAP1-to-partner and partner-to-YAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YAP1 versus CYBRD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
