Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU6-271P, and RNU6ATAC17P. Each is linked with YAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAP1-to-partner and partner-to-YAP1 results are reported.
