YAF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF3, CTSH, and MLPH. Each is linked with YAF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAF2-to-partner and partner-to-YAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YAF2 versus CPSF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
