YAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, Tuberin_pT1462, and Tuberin. Each is linked with YAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAF2-to-partner and partner-to-YAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by YAF2-low versus YAF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
