Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL27, SLC35B1, and STEAP4. Each is linked with XYLT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT2-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT2 results are reported.
