XYLT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, AEBP1, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XYLT1 versus PCOLCE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
