Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,401 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM12, COL1A2, and CD248. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.
