Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,468 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLEC11A, PCOLCE, and PDGFRL. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XYLT1 versus CLEC11A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
