XYLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Annexin_VII, and Bap1-c-4. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by XYLT1-low versus XYLT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
