XYLT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,060 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCFD2, MGAT5, and COL6A2. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XYLT1 versus SCFD2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
