Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,744 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial to mesenchymal transition involved in endocardial cushion formation, Wound healing, spreading of cells, and Epiboly involved in wound healing. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epithelial to mesenchymal transition involved in endocardial cushion formation grouped by XYLT1-low versus XYLT1-high in SKIN.
