Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,285 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX53, COMMD2, and SDHB. Each is linked with XYLT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XYLT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX53 grouped by XYLT1-low versus XYLT1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
