XXYLT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XXYLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,781 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XXYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBCCD1, PLAAT4, and ARRB1. Each is linked with XXYLT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XXYLT1 versus TBCCD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
