XXYLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XXYLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XXYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAT2, CPSF4, and LMNB2. Each is linked with XXYLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-XXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNAT2 grouped by XXYLT1-low versus XXYLT1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
