XRRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-520P, RNU6-847P, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with XRRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRRA1-to-partner and partner-to-XRRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-520P grouped by XRRA1-low versus XRRA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
