XRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLBP, MAD2L1, and RPUSD4. Each is linked with XRN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN1-to-partner and partner-to-XRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLBP grouped by XRN1-low versus XRN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
