Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,909 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine modification, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Negative regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with XRN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN1-to-partner and partner-to-XRN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine modification grouped by XRN1-low versus XRN1-high in KIDNEY.
