XRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HCC1, PIGL, and HDDC2. Each is linked with XRN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN1-to-partner and partner-to-XRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1 grouped by XRN1-low versus XRN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
