Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC6P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated XRCC6P5 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher XRCC6P5 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XRCC6P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and READ show a favorable association.

LUSC, BLCA, and UCS are the cancer types where XRCC6P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
