Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC6P5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XRCC6P5 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher XRCC6P5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XRCC6P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
PAAD, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where XRCC6P5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
