Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC6P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XRCC6P1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher XRCC6P1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XRCC6P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LAML are the cancer types where XRCC6P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
