XRCC6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF31, PRPF4, and PRPF6. Each is linked with XRCC6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC6-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
