XRCC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOC5, EIF3L, and XRCC6. Each is linked with XRCC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC5-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC5 versus THOC5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
