Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P28, CXCL9, and SPATA5. Each is linked with XRCC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC5-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P28 grouped by XRCC5-low versus XRCC5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
