XRCC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRCC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,066 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMCX3, TLR3, and PLIN5. Each is linked with XRCC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC5-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC5 versus ARMCX3 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
