Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XRCC3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher XRCC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XRCC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where XRCC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
