XRCC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,177 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, BAG5, and MTA1_S576. Each is linked with XRCC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC3 versus MTA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
