XRCC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,024 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, KPNB1, and HELLS. Each is linked with XRCC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC3 versus GINS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
