XRCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6090, LINC01848, and PRAMEF28P. Each is linked with XRCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6090 grouped by XRCC3-low versus XRCC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
